Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring comfort and well-being.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New Mexico.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar medical setting preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with residents through a compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care with empathy and compassion.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning and intervention implementation.
