Job Description
The Home Health Speech Therapist provides speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders.
Requirements
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- 1 or more years of experience in speech therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech and language therapy principles
- Ability to lift and transfer patients, up to 50lbs
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, walking, and climbing stairs
- Ability to respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations
