Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct care to residents and is a critical part of the healthcare team. Performs comprehensive assessments, administers medications, and provides wound care, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where work is performed.
• 1 or more years of experience working as an LPN or other related field preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices in long-term care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements governing nursing practices and skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to build rapport with patients through a compassionate and caring demeanor.
