Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct care to residents and is a critical part of the healthcare team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans to promote optimal health, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where work is performed.
- CPR, AZ Fingerprint Card and TB Test required.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices in long-term care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
