Job Description
Bland County Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our high-performing rehabilitation team.
Requirements
- Provide individualized, evidence-based PT services
- Help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence
- Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care
