The Home Health Physical Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals in their homes. You will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical impairments, functional limitations, and mobility issues.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where work is performed.
- 2 or more years of physical therapy experience, preferably in a home health or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients, with or without assistance, up to 50lbs.
