We are seeking a Senior Architect - Federal Projects to lead the planning and architectural design of complex federal projects, demonstrating advanced technical expertise and the ability to independently manage sophisticated design challenges.

Requirements

• Lead the planning and architectural design of complex federal projects
• Review, coordinate, and refine work produced by project team members
• Prepare and oversee the development of detailed construction documents
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders
• Conduct final Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews
• Support project managers and technical leadership in proposal development
• Serve as a primary client liaison
• Mentor and guide architectural staff
