Larson Design Group (LDG) is seeking a Senior Architect - Federal Projects to lead the planning and architectural design of complex federal projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from a NAAB-accredited institution, 12+ years of experience, and be a Registered Architect with NCARB certification.
Requirements
- Lead the planning and architectural design of complex federal projects
- Review, coordinate, and refine work produced by project team members
- Prepare and oversee the development of detailed construction documents
- Apply expert knowledge of federal, state, and local architectural codes, standards, and regulations
- Collaborate closely with internal disciplines and external stakeholders
- Conduct final Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews
- Support project managers and technical leadership in proposal development, scope definition, and labor-hour estimating
- Serve as a primary client liaison, working directly with federal agencies and project teams
- Mentor and guide architectural staff
