Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role in Pharma, SaaS or life sciences
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record in renewals, upsells, or account growth
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting
- Curiosity to deeply understand customer needs and how our products align
- Comfort working across time zones and collaborating remotely
- Proficiency in CRM tools (SalesForce Preferred)
