Arby’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth into a General Manager position. Responsibilities include leading and motivating a team, ensuring high standards of service, inventory management, and compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements
- Assist the General Manager in running all aspects of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Help manage staffing, training, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Monitor and manage shift performance and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Step into the General Manager’s role in their absence
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
