Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Basic understanding of financial principles and operational budgeting
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Capability to lift up to 30-50 pounds as needed
