Associate, Research & Strategy (Maternity cover)

LaSalle is seeking an Associate, Research & Strategy to assist in developing investment strategies and conducting research and analysis. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the Asia Pacific region and a degree in Real Estate, Economics or a financial-related field. The position is based in Singapore and requires a strong understanding of economics, financial and real estate markets in the region.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the Asia Pacific region
• Degree qualified, preferably in Real Estate, Economics or another financial-related degree
• Strong presentation and report writing skills
• In-depth knowledge in economics, financial and real estate markets
• Good exposure in business / economic environment, government structure and regulations in Singapore, Japan and/or other major Asia Pacific countries
