Director of Sales, EMEA

Director of Sales, EMEA role is responsible for directing and driving regional revenue growth, leading both direct and channel sales teams, and executing a scalable go-to-market engine across diverse markets.

Requirements

• 12+ years of B2B and B2C SaaS sales leadership, including 5+ years directing EMEA-wide teams
• Success leading both direct and channel sales motions with consistent overachievement
• Experience managing teams and selling into mid-market and enterprise customers
• Strong background in partner ecosystem development and channel program execution
• Expertise in GTM strategy, forecasting, negotiation, and SaaS metrics
• Ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders, including C-level stakeholders, and operate within a matrixed global environment
• Deep understanding of major EMEA markets and cultural/regulatory nuances
• English required; German strongly preferred
• Experience scaling SaaS revenue to $100M+ ARR
