Job Description
Lasko Products is looking to add a Sr. Customer Operations Specialist to oversee the full Order-to-Cash cycle, drive strategic improvements, and provide best-in-class support to customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Success, or Supply Chain, with at least 1–2 years in a senior role.
- Strong skills in Power BI and ERP systems such as QAD and strong proficiency in Excel (vlookup & pivot tables).
- A deep understanding of how orders flow through the business, including the financial implications of revenue recognition and front-end order processes.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly.
