Job Description
We're a labor platform building the Amazon of labor, and we're looking for a Customer Operations Senior Specialist to help us scale our business. The role will involve coordinating new market launch success with our top customers, developing processes to maximize worker success, and holding teams accountable to their targets.
Requirements
- Analytically-minded with 1-2+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to blend quantitative data with qualitative insights
- Technical skills, including Excel and Google Sheets, and knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
- Problem-solving skills, with ability to thrive in complex and fast-paced environments
- Highly organized, with ability to think in systems and processes
- Effective communication skills, with ability to write clear and concise memos and slides
