Job Description
Sr. Director, National Accounts & Professional Channels to lead and accelerate growth across Lasko's largest retail and professional customers, leading a high-performing team of National Account Managers and delivering profitable growth across the company's most important retail and professional relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience within consumer products, durable goods, or B2B distribution
- Proven success leading National Account teams and managing large retail customers
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and delivery of profitable revenue growth
- Experience selling through major retail accounts, specialty distributors, hardware channels, and/or professional contractor networks
- Strong experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and inventory planning
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
