Client Affiliation Partner

We are seeking a Client Affiliation Partner to manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs, develop strong relationships with partners, and analyze performance data to maximize ROI. The role involves overseeing existing affiliates, identifying and recruiting new partners, tracking and analyzing key metrics, and developing strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates within the affiliate network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Awin, Rakuten, or similar)
• Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) or e-commerce is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
