Job Description
Later is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing Talent Acquisition team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, specifically in the SaaS or tech industry, and a strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in recruitment, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
- 2+ years in a rapidly scaling enterprise SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies.
