VIA is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the recruitment process for technical talent, specifically focusing on growing the team of Software Engineers, Data Professionals, QA, DevSecOps, and more! Requirements
- 5+ years of experience specifically in technical recruiting within a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Proven track record of successfully closing 'hard-to-fill' technical roles
- Strong understanding of the U.S. tech talent markets, from sourcing strategies to the competitive landscape
- Ability to leverage AI in recruitment and work with modern recruiting technologies and tools
