Global Compliance manages the firm’s compliance, regulatory and reputational risks by ensuring adherence to laws, rules and regulations. The team focuses on delivering key strategic initiatives, implementing 'change the bank' regulatory initiatives, curating governance management information and designing strategic Compliance core programmes. The successful candidate will help drive operational effectiveness, enhance governance processes and ensure timely delivery of regulatory and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent
• Experience within Compliance, Regulatory Implementation or Strategy roles within a global investment bank, consulting firm or regulator
• Good understanding of rules, regulations and regulatory expectations impacting global markets businesses based in EMEA
• Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic, well organised and keen to learn
• Ability to work independently as a strong team player
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
