Our division works on complex financial challenges and transactions, advising on mergers, providing financial solutions for acquisitions, and structuring initial public offerings. We handle projects that help clients at major milestones, working with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / M&A, Structured Finance, Securitization, ABS or Asset Backed Finance
• Strong modeling and financial analysis expertise
• Experience of working on complex, structured transactions
• Familiarity with accounting concepts
• Ability to form independent judgments and move transactions forward
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Good presentation / communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Drive and enthusiasm with a team orientation
