Our division works on complex financial challenges and transactions, handling projects that help clients at major milestones. We are seeking a Vice President/Executive Director to join the Structured Products Loan Negotiation Group.

Requirements

• At least 4 years' experience at a law firm or similar financial institution with a focus on infrastructure financing or real estate financing
• Law degree
• Technical proficiency in contractual analysis, intercreditor principles and structural/enforcement issues
• Accurate and detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Sound judgment and integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Highly motivated and adaptable
• Good collaborative skills
