Job Description
We are seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join our TMT team, focusing on developing and strengthening client relationships, leading deal teams, and executing financial transactions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years minimum of investment banking or equivalent experience
- Sector expertise in TMT is preferred
- Proven experience executing M&A and financing transactions
- Strong track record in an investment banking advisory role
- At least 2 years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associates
