The Human Capital Management division is seeking a Campus Recruiter to identify, attract, and recruit undergraduates and experienced professionals to Goldman Sachs. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management of key recruitment pipelines, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing multiple internship programmes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in a campus or early careers recruitment role
- Functional expertise in Asset Management (Private and/or Public Investing) or a closely related financial services division
- Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and project plan on an annual basis
- Solid communication and relationship management skills, with proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
