Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience within a recruitment agency focused on investment banking hiring/buy-sde roles, or a relevant internal talent acquisition function
- Partnering with clients and colleagues: solid communication and relationship management skills
- Strong team player: ability to work effectively within and across teams
- Results-oriented: ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills: ability to handle multiple priorities and project plan on a regular basis
