Goldman Sachs is seeking a Legal, Asset Management Legal, Private Markets - Alternative Funds Lawyer, VP/ED to join their growing team in London. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in alternative asset management or funds law and will be responsible for the legal management of a broad portfolio of alternative investment vehicles.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in alternative asset management or funds law
• Qualified to practice law in the UK, US, EU, or a similar jurisdiction
• Deep familiarity with the mechanics of private market funds, including fund formation, transactional work, and regulatory compliance
