Legal, Global Markets Legal Equities, Vice President, Hong Kong

Provide legal advice and support to the Equities business across the APAC region, with a focus on Equities Sales and Trading, Market Access, Equity Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, and Futures clearing. Prepare and maintain precedent legal documentation and agreements, and work with the Global Banking and Markets Compliance team on regulatory matters and investigations.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyers with minimum 4 years PQE
• Relevant post-qualification experience either with a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel
• Strong grounding in securities law and regulation, equity derivatives, and financing, and/or prime brokerage and clearing
• Working knowledge of regulatory developments impacting the markets in APAC
