Marcus by Goldman Sachs, Fraud Operations Specialist, Birmingham

As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will review and disposition system-generated alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and conduct targeted outbound calls to customers and third parties. You will play a key role in protecting bank and customer assets by applying appropriate controls and escalating high-risk or complex cases as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Fraud Operations or Investigations experience
• Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a risk and control mindset
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible, capable of prioritising tasks and performing effectively under pressure in a team environment
