Office of Regulatory Relations and Regional Compliance, Executive Director, London

The Office of Regulatory Relations (ORR) is seeking an Executive Director to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's relationships with regulators and enhancing overall regulatory compliance. The role will involve working closely with Global Compliance to prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance risks across the firm.

Requirements

• Experience in UK Regulatory engagement role or similar function
• Familiarity with UK and/or EU financial services regulatory framework
• Experience in Compliance or a risk-based function
• Experience of delivering strategic projects/change management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A team player who can work both independently and collaboratively and is able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, changing environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; looks for creative solutions to issues and problems
• Sound judgment
