Dealer Development Representative

We are looking for a Dealer Development Representative to execute company strategies and initiatives at Floor Covering Dealers, developing and strengthening relationships with key accounts and gaining new business. The successful candidate will present, demonstrate, and promote Laticrete products to Dealers within the assigned territory, and work closely with the regional sales team to develop a target list of Dealers and Contractors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry
• Ability to do presentations to large groups
• Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record
• Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds
• High level of self-motivation
• Strong organizational skills
• Creative thinking
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
• Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal) highly preferred
• Team cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• Prior experience working in the tile industry preferred
