The Head of Finance Business Partnering role provides financial leadership and commercial insight to support performance across the Money division, while also providing dedicated finance support to the newly established Enterprise Growth portfolio.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading financial performance in a financial services or complex/product based environment
• Strong commercial acumen with experience materially influencing a P&L
• Ability to influence and challenge constructively at executive level
• Advanced financial modelling capability and comfort working in the detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a high demand environment
• A growth mindset and desire to broaden scope and impact over time
• AI-native - regularly leverages AI tools to enhance decision-making, automate reporting, accelerate content creation, and drive greater efficiency across your team
