Head of Line 1 Risk and Compliance

At Latitude, we're looking for a Head of Line 1 Risk and Compliance to lead the development and execution of strategies that strengthen our approach to Risk, Compliance, and Operational Excellence. The successful candidate will have experience in risk management, governance, and process improvement, and will be able to lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Audit, Risk Management, Business Consulting, Governance, Quality Assurance, Process Re-engineering, or a combination of these fields
• Experience working in a financial institution, particularly within a Risk and Governance function
• Experience in process improvement methodologies and change implementation
• Leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members
• High attention to detail and passion to drive projects to completion
• Highly collaborative and strong communication skills
• Fast learner with the ability to broadly understand processes, roles & responsibilities and functions in a complex institutional setup
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Innovative thinker with a demonstrated ability to work with others to problem solve
