Job Description
The Senior Risk & Control Analyst supports effective management of operational, compliance, and conduct risks across the lending, credit cards, and sales finance lifecycle. This role provides risk and control expertise from origination through to collections, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in line with the organisation’s Risk Management Framework and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Familiarity with ASIC, APRA, and other regulatory requirements relevant to consumer finance / financial services across Australia and New Zealand
- Proficiency in risk management systems (e.g. GRC / Protecht)
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information, provide quality insights and make sound recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
