Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with experience in technology and/or telecommunications sales to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building strong customer relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate technology or telecom solutions
- Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and account expansion initiatives
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
