We're a rapidly growing international organization looking for a Client Service Representative for our French market. In this commercial role, you'll handle client inquiries via social media, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and attentive treatment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a client service role
• Native fluency in French, with excellent written and spoken skills
• Proficiency in a second language (English or Dutch) is also required for internal exchanges
• Good IT skills (MS Office and social media)
• Willingness to learn new tools and juggle multiple platforms
