Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for France to support and guide B2C & B2B customers in their purchase decision, providing quality service and advice.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a customer service function
- Service-minded and customer-friendly
- Computer-savvy and able to handle MS Office and social media channels
- Proficiency in a second language (English or Dutch) is necessary for internal communication
