Job Description
Level 1 Service Desk Analyst working on resolving IT issues for a client's support platform. Responsible for first line support cases, hardware warranty/out of warranty repair cycle, stock management, and more.
Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- 1st line support experience
- Flexible and Adaptable to change
- Working as part of a team but also being able to use initiative and work solely
- Knowledge of all Windows Platforms
- EPOS Hardware and Software Knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of SQL
