As a Judicial Specialist, you will provide administrative and confidential assistance to judges, attorneys, and the public, navigating complex legal processes and sensitive interpersonal dynamics.
Requirements
- One year of clerical or secretarial experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to detail for maintaining case management systems, scanning documents, and tracking annual fiduciary filing deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles to process court fees.
- Ability to communicate with sensitivity and tact when assisting grieving families or handling 'urgent matters' under the pressure of tight deadlines.
