Head Chef - Japanese Casual Dining Group

Our client is looking for a Head Chef for their fast-growing casual dining restaurant group which focuses on Japanese cuisine. The role would suit a Sous Chef looking to step up as all processes, policies and systems are in place. As a Head Chef, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, lead a Back of House team, and ensure the quality of the food and service is up to brand standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Proven track record of managing a kitchen team and maintaining high quality safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Benefits

• Salary: £12.21 per hour during probation, £13.21 per hour after probation
• 48 hours per week
