Job Description
Our client is looking for Pastry Chefs of all levels to work in their contemporary and busy restaurant in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regarded group where promotions from within are the norm.
Requirements
- Pastry chef experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment serving at least 100 covers per service
- Knowledge of classical techniques and dishes
- Able to lead and develop teams
- Ability to work in a highly intense environment
