Pastry Chef

We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join our busy team at 1 Lombard street, a European brasserie in the heart of the City of London. The successful Pastry Chef must have previous experience running a busy section on a daily basis, be ambitious, energetic, and passionate about the job, and have experience in a high volume establishment.

Requirements

• Previous experience running a busy section on a daily basis
• Ambitious, energetic, and passionate about the job
• Experience in a high volume establishment
• Ability to work independently, producing dishes agreed with the Head chef
• Previous experience managing staff
