Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our busy team at 1 Lombard street, a European brasserie & Restaurant in the City of London. The successful candidate will be open-minded, ambitious, energetic and ready to learn, with previous experience in high volume an advantage.
Requirements
- Previous experience in high volume
- Ability to follow instructions from Head and Sous Chefs during service
- Ability to produce food following recipes and instructions
