Chef de Partie

We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our busy team at E! Lombard Street, a European Brasserie in the heart of the City of London. The successful candidate will support the Head and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food production, stock, and staff management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in high-volume restaurants
• Open-minded, ambitious, energetic, and ready to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
