Head production chef with main kitchen and pastry exp -straight shifts

A great opportunity for a production head chef with pastry experience to join an events company opening their first restaurant outlet. The role involves overseeing the smooth running of the new opening, maintaining consistency and GP of food, and maintaining a healthy working environment.

Requirements

• Previous chef background in premium comparable bakery/pastry orientated production or event/operations
• Hands on pastry product experience to include sweet and savoury pastries
• Recruitment, training and development of team members
• Due Diligence and knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Hygiene Legislation
