Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to work in our fast-paced personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will be highly detailed oriented, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include interviewing clients, conducting research, and preparing intake paperwork.
Requirements
- Spanish Bilingual - fluent
- Ability to be personable and connect with future clients
- Effective communication and written skills
- One or more years' experience performing intakes for a personal injury law firm preferred
- Ability to work non-traditional hours on occasion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Internet, Google, etc.
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology, intake processes and best practices
