Job Description
We're a personal injury law firm looking for a Customer Service Bilingual Disbursal Coordinator to build long-lasting connections with clients and serve as a firm representative at company-sponsored events. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of client service experience, strong communication skills, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- 2 -3 years of client service experience
- Loves community outreach, working with people and is easily able to relate to others.
- Excellent oral and written communication, record keeping and organizational skills
- Technology savvy
- Strong communicator with a dynamic personality
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Is willing to travel on occasion to satellite offices from our Durham, NC headquarters
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) required.
- A valid drivers license
- A clean background check is required to obtain a North Carolina notary license, which must be secured within 60 days of employment.
