We're seeking a Bilingual Disbursal Coordinator to optimize outreach and build connections between our law firm and clients. As a key member of our team, you'll work with clients, attend company events, and provide exceptional client service. This role requires strong communication skills, technology proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a must.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of client service experience
• Loves community outreach, working with people, and relating to others
• Excellent oral and written communication, record keeping, and organizational skills
• Technology savvy
• Strong communicator with a dynamic personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to satellite offices (no overnight trips)
• Valid drivers license
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) required
• Clean background check required for North Carolina notary license
