Job Description
The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking a Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to provide Mandarin-English bilingual support to clients, screen inquiries, and guide prospective clients through the intake process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience with a U.S.-based law firm, preferably specializing in immigration law
- Familiarity with CRM software, virtual communication tools, and scheduling applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and virtual collaboration tools
