Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for clients while providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate should have fluency in Mandarin and English, will excel in client communication, scheduling, organization, and coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
