We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Growth & GTM Strategy Manager to lead, launch, and expand strategies that unlock our next stage of growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, business development, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying journeys
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex, ambiguous problems and drive them from concept to execution with clear strategic framing
- Proven history of being able to influence and rally diverse stakeholders
- Experience creating enablement resources for sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyse data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategies and make data-driven decisions
